1. Short Term Research Visits

If you are interested in visiting us, please identify a host from the aRtCS faculty group, come up with a plan jointly with them and write to us! We provide accommodation and may be able to provide some travel support. Please note that we only support visits by full-time researchers, faculty, postdocs and PhD students (from anywhere in the world).

Some previous visitors: Divesh Aggarwal (NUS), Prashant Vasudevan (NUS), Damien Stehle (PQShield), Alice Pellet-Mary (Univ of Bordeaux), David Peleg (Weizmann), Melissa Rossi (ANSSI France), Kaartik Bhushan (IRIF, France).
Research Workshops

2. Research Workshops

We are keen to organize week-long workshops on cutting-edge topics in theoretical CS. If you are interested in organizing a workshop, please find a collaborator from our aRtCS faculty group and send us a tentative plan. The plan should include tentative dates, speakers, intended audience, topics and approximate itemized budget.

Summer or Winter Schools

3. Summer or Winter Schools

We would love to organize week-long summer or winter schools to learn the latest and greatest of emerging topics in theoretical CS. We can also theme the schools around the fundamentals or basics of an area. If you are interested in organizing a school, please find a collaborator from our aRtCS faculty group and send us a tentative plan. We suggest planning this as an ACM India school and aRtCS will cover the host institution responsibility listed on the ACM India page.

Themed Research Clusters

4. Themed Research Clusters

Want to brainstorm about an exciting new direction with 3-5 fellow researchers? We’ll host you! Please find a collaborator from our aRtCS faculty group, get their concurrence and write to us. Currently, we are supporting only requests that include at least one aRtCS faculty as part of the group.

Internships

5. Internships

We support summer, winter and semester-long internships at UG, MS and PhD levels. Please identify a host from the aRtCS faculty group, get their concurrence and ask them to inform us. Please do not email the aRtCS email account directly for internships.
